These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of wholesale products from All Trends Fashion Ltd, trading as All Trends (Company No. 12819912), Unit 1 & 2, 132 Broughton Street, Manchester, M8 8AN. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

Trade-Only Eligibility

Our wholesale services are available exclusively to trade customers — retailers, boutiques and registered businesses purchasing goods for resale. By registering you confirm you are acting in the course of business. Consumer protection laws do not apply to your transactions with us.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless credit terms are agreed in writing. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may cancel orders where products are unavailable, there are pricing errors, or you have outstanding overdue payments.

Delivery & Ownership

Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is received.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns for unsold stock, change of mind, or sizing preferences.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
