All shipping rates are calculated by destination zone and order weight. Final shipping charges are confirmed at checkout. Shipping weight is determined by product dimensions or actual weight — whichever is greater.

Delivery Times
All delivery dates provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, adverse weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon collection by you or your carrier. Ownership of goods remains with All Trends until full payment has been received.
Duties & Taxes
Taxes, duties and clearance fees will be charged once the goods reach the delivery country. The courier will normally contact you directly to arrange this payment. Invoices do not include local import duties and taxes.
If you fail to pay duties which results in the package being returned, we reserve the right to charge for the return shipment as well as a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods.
Shipping Notes
- Shipping delays, although rare, are possible. Common reasons include remote delivery locations, customs hold-ups, and general courier delays.
- Shipping weight is determined by product dimensions or actual weight — whichever is greater.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Remote or extended regions may incur additional zonal charges.
- We reserve the right to apply a dispatch and restock fee of up to the total order value against the purchase amount of any order that has not been collected for any reason. Delivery of items will also not be refunded.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographic evidence.
Returns
Returns Policy
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- Sale items, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable.
- For international orders, you are responsible for any return duties or customs charges.
How to Return an Item
- Email info@alltrends.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- We'll respond within 2 working days with return authorisation and our return address.
- Securely package the item(s) in their original condition and ship to the address provided. Include your order number inside the parcel.
- Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
If your return is rejected (e.g., item is worn, damaged, or returned outside the 14-day window), we'll contact you with options including return of the item to you at your cost.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@alltrends.com with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund — including return shipping costs where appropriate.
